Eureka Springs West Vacations from $340

My room was clean but I did find a couple of bugs in my room. a large caterpillar like bug and some other bug in my bathroom. This hotel seems understaffed. Sometimes there isn't anyone available at the front desk. Seems the manager lives at the hotel and will shut the front down at night. They do have a large laundry room that I didn't use. the fitnesss room does have modern cardio equipement. No pool. The only other issue I had was I requested a late check out. However, all they offered was a 12pm check out that would cost me about $50 anything longer I'd have to pay a full day. Lastly, the morning of my check out, after getting an email & text reminding me of my check out time, one of the hotel employees came to my room at 10:20am, didn't knock, just opened the door while I was laying in bed. When I yelled, "What are you doing?" He said, "Just a reminder that check out is at 11am. This was completely unnacceptable

This property is beautiful. I loved coffee being delivered daily in a Stanley camping thermos. The cleaning crew had to asked several times to clean the room and one of the staff members was incredibly rude. When I tried to talk to a front desk member they replied they will get it when they get to it. There were no towels to use by the pool and no one in office to tell. Housekeeping is quite lacking here.

The ONLY bad thing about this trip was the traffic. The place is growing so that’s just part of it. The room was excellent! Checking in and out is the way every hotel/Inn should be. Highly recommended!!
